PhyZ.Ed is a specialized physical education programme developed and presented by Kinetix. Over the last decade Kinetix has developed numerous curriculums and implemented their programmes at well over a 100 schools nationally, ranging from preschools to high schools. Kinetix is also the official content provider to 2 international organizations, in the UK and US respectively. We have also recently been endorsed by CPUT Human Movement and Sciences Department as their programme of choice when it comes to movement development and physical education. Therefore cementing us as a market leader in this sector.
The What and the How!
The PhyZ.Ed programme is a scientifically based movement development programme. The programme is based on Kinderkinetic sciences and our intensity and result-driven approach sets us apart from the rest of the field. The programme primarily focuses on 4 main components of early childhood movement development namely physical, motor, sensory and perceptual development and thus targets the holistic development of the child. To name a few areas of focus:

Programme Implementation
· 1 x 30 minute session per week
· Classes are offered from 2years to 6years
